A New Beginning for Beaver Creek

entrance to Beaver Creek expands

Avon is now becoming the "new entrance" to Beaver Creek.  A small town that was a place to drive through to arrive at the entrance to the posh Beaver Creek resort is changing.  The Gates a new condo building with with their own valet to the base area should be ready by years end just prior to the new Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa completetion.  Both of these project will almost make Avon a part of Beaver Creek.  A gondola from the Westin and a couple quad chairs you’ll be standing at the top of Beaver Creek’s Strawberry Park with fantastic views of the Gore Range. Turn to the west and take a tour of McCoy Park on snowshoes or cross country skis or turn east and alpine your way to the base area for a Starbucks.

Avon is providing the "city" atmosphere for the resort with Home Depot, Wal-Mart and the new Tracer Creek stores.  You can now find almost all your needs only a couple miles from the ameneties of a of the World Class ski area.

If you would like to become a part of this special place in the world or just get more information contact Steve Morris at Gateway Land & Development.   steve@gatewayland.com or 888-278-9601.
