Labor Day may be near but the Arrowhead community is still going strong.  Centered around the Country Club of the Rockies golf, tournaments and a fun Mexican Fiesta are set for this coming week-end.  This private club also has the “Vista at Arrowhead” for fine dining which is open to the public.  Not far from the club house are four of the finest clay tennis courts in the state.  Operated by the Arrowhead homeowners association, teaching pro Peter Plaugh gives clinics and private lessons.  The former NCAA standout is now in his fifth year at Arrowhead.  The Alpine Club, a social club with all types of activities is next to the community swimming facility.   A busy schedule is always on tap here with hiking, biking and many social activities year around.  Come visit Arrowhead at Vail and see beautiful flowers gardens surpassed by no where else.  Condos, duplexes and single family homes are available and can be seen most anytime by calling Steve Morris at Gateway Land & Developement (970-926-6777) or email Steve@gatewayland.com.  Its worth your time just to see the area.
