Homeowners Association Reduces Dues

At the Annual meeting of the Arrowhead at Vail homeowners meeting the members reduced the annual due to five hundred dollars per year, a reduction of two hundred and fifty dollars.  With a major berm project completed, a new security center and all new signage the owners association still remained very strong financially.  This year, landscaping will be increased making Arrowhead one of the most beautiful locations in the Vail Valley.  Country Club of the Rockies and the west entrance to the Beaver Creek ski mountain make this community a great place for active persons.
