The Arrowhead Metro District has the responsibility to provide water, sewer and road systems throughout the community.  Withthe  ability to tax to cover debt service the district in recent years has continued to bring down debt and thus reduce taxes for over five straight years.  The district has its own snow equipment and with great personnel the roads in Arrowhead are always driveable.  During recent years with the addition of Riverdance, River Ranch and the up mountain homes on Trailside there has not bin one time that an owner couldn’t go to Starbucks at start the day because of snow.  For more information about the duties of a Colorado Metro District email Steve@gatewayland.com or call Steve Morris an eight year member of the Board at 888-278-9601.
