Traer Creek Developer still working on next phase of development

Trear Creek, developer of the Village at Avon, is currently working with Avon Town council members on the composition of a 31 acre parcel east of Home Depot.

Commercial space and housing are two of the potential outcomes for this space. Currently the space is allocated to be developed for additional homes, but the developer is hoping to to build commercial space (some retail or restaurant and some office). Plans also include a ‘green’ gas station that would be topped with a sod canopy, trees and grass. The plants would almost conceal the car wash and service bays.

The homes will be largely sold to full-time residents, deed restrictions will help keep this plan intact.
