Second Homes Now Permanant Homes for Boomers

The first of the "Baby Boomers," born between 1946 and 1964, turns 60 this year and they are thinking of how and where they want to spend their days in the years to come.  With many reaching rertirement soon, they are turning their vacation homes into permanant residences in Vail. 

Still active, many Boomers are looking forward to more hiking, biking, fishing, golf, skiing, dance and music, and even cooking classes.  Living in Vail, all these opportunities are at their fingertips and after evaluating other areas, find Vail to "have it all!"
