The first building offered through a real estate lottery for Beaver Creek Landing sells out

The first of potentially three buildings to be built at the base of the Lower Beaver Creek Express has sold out in a pre-construction lottery drawing for the condominiums. 

In all, twenty-six properties were offered on a pre-construction basis.  The lottery had well over one hundred participants and mirrored the frenzy that took place when selling Arrabelle out in Vail earlier this year. 

Beaver Creek real estate may soon climb to an average price of well over one thousand dollars per square foot as this offering had an average price of $800 plus dollars.  You can expect a price increase in the next Building to be offered for sale.
