The Buzz about Beaver Creek Landing grows

The new Beaver Creek Landing project is gaining momentum.  It appears that interest is very high in this 52 unit development at the base of the Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift, just downhill of the Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch.  Contracts will be accepted until September 15, 2005.  The project is slated for a Fall ‘05 groundbreaking and Spring ‘07 completion.  I have discussed this development opportunity with many clients whose interest grows as we approach the deadline for pre-construction pricing. The bulk of the units will be 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums, with a few 1 and 4 bedrooms as well.  List prices in the first phase (Building A) range from $768K to $2.26M, with approximate square footage ranging from 1235 sq.ft. to 2780sq.ft. Tourists and locals alike are eyeing these new ski-in/ski-out properties located within the Beaver Creek PUD, allowing access to the Village Transportation (formerly Dial-a-Ride) system for owners.
