The Riverfront Express Gondola will open up more options for the Landing’s residents

More than 2 years ago the lottery process to purchase a residence in Beaver Creek Landing was a hot topic amongst potential buyers. With over 50 people putting contracts into a lottery to purchase one of the 26 units in one of the two buildings, some units had over 15 offers. Almost all of the 52 units sold quickly and now they are becoming even more appealing than before.
