The newly remodeled Beaver Creek Lodge will see a price increase of 5% by December 1, 2005.  These whole ownership one bedroom suites start at $375k for about 380 sq. ft.  Some of the more desirable locations are priced a bit higher at approximately $550k. 

Located right at the base of Beaver Creek mountain, these units are ideally situated for access to all of Beaver Creek’s amenities.  Ski-in/ski-out for under $400,000 in Beaver Creek, but there is a small catch.  Owners may use their units any 21 days/year, but the unit must be in the rental pool for a minimum of 300 days/year.
