Bachelor Gulch's Hummingbird Lodge is nearing completion as the last Penthouse properties sell

Hummingbird Lodge, Bachelor Gulch’s "last" new construction project located in Beaver Creek Resort is nearing completion just in time for the upcoming ski season.

The Lodge has been undergoing extensive courtyard infrastructure construction work which has made on-site visits and presence of mind limited during most of this year, however, as the individual condominiums are being finished out, more attention has been paid to the project by prospective owners.  As a result, the last two developer properties have sold in the last week.  The top price at 4.465M for a five thousand square foot plus two level ski-in/ski-out property.
