Beaver Creek Resort has done a great job bringing the ski mountain to the surrounding community

Having been involved with real estate growth around Beaver Creek in both the towns of Edwards and Avon over the past many years, i would like to thank Beaver Creek Resort and the surrounding communities for bringing the ski access outside the gates of Beaver Creek, Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch.

Here is a list of existing and future access points for ski access from Eagle-Vail, Avon, Edwards, Homestead and Singletree:

1.  A mountain top interconnect was made between Arrowhead and Beaver Creek establishing another way onto the mountain; and now, the Arrowbahn Gondola opens at the same time the base lifts do in Beaver Creek.

2.  A portal drop off location for private and public transportation was established via the Lower Beaver Creek Express lift at the base of Avon.  Several surface parking lots have been added to the original West and East day lot just outside of Bachelor Gulch to maximize the use of this new quad chair.

3.  There is public pay parking available at the top of Beaver Creek.  Busses still access the main Strawberry Park and Born Free Express lifts not to mention the interim ride on the covered escalators to get you to your high speed quad chair.  "That helped Beaver Creek Real Estate."

3.  A third interconnect is planned currently via a Gondola from the center of Avon with additional public parking garages and transportation drop off points.  Avon has a well established in-town bus system.

4.  The new Edwards bridge conveniently connects upper Edwards and Singletree for public and private transportation as bus lines have been established in a big loop around Edwards with drop off at all of these aforementioned base areas.

So when considering your real estate purchase in the Vail Valley, you should definate consider the notion that Beaver Creek Real Estate is more than behind the gate and ski-in, ski-out.
