Beaver Creek Real Estate- The Luxury Neighborhoods of Arrowhead

We continue this series on Beaver Creek Real Estate by talking about the luxury gated neighborhoods of Arrowhead.

When you look at an overview of the Arrowhead Community, you can identify three distinct geographic neighborhood settings that offer single-family homes enclave style and duplex properties.  These geograpic areas include the Eagle River neighborhood, The Country Club of the Rockies Golf Course and Arrowhead slopeside where luxurious ski-in/ski-out homes abound.  These areas all offer something unique to the homeowner and taken togehter make Arrowhead Mountain in Beaver Creek Resort a very well rounded residential resort community.

The first and newest neighborhood to look at is the ski-in/ski-out resdences along the ski slope.  Cresta Road runs about half way up the mountainside to the skiers left of the Arrow Bahn Express ski lift. There are two distinct offerings through this gated drive, Cresta and Trailside.  In addition, there are another twenty or so single-family homesites named Arrowhead Mountain Estates; several with luxurious mountain homes already constructed.

The second neighborhood in Arrowhead runs the length of the golf course; Sawatch Drive to East and Arrowhead Drive to the West while Arrowhead Village and the Country Club of the Rockies clubhouse is the junction of these roads.  These homes make up the bulk of the Arrowhead real estate and include homes both on and overlooking the golf course.  The Enclave communities include: The Springs, Wildflower, Dakota, The Boulders, The Greens, and the Pinons.

The final Arrowhead real estate area is the Eagle River neighborhood located on the north side of Highway Six and south side of the river.  These properties consists of duplexes and single family homes.  In addition, they include the enclave homes such as River Dance and River Ranch.
