The Vail real estate market heads into the spring season with many?new listings.? Since 4/1/07 there have been 32 new listings added to the Vail Board of Realtors MLS system.? 17 of those are the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail, ranging in price from $3.85 million for 1705 square feet to $11.135 million for a 4137 sqaure foot penthouse.? (Upon the release of the Ritz project in West Lionshead, 54 went under contract in one weekend!)

On the more affordable end of the market, a Pitkin Creek one bedroom just hit the market, listed at $325,000.? This 656 square foot condo in East Vail is poised to get snatched up as a great entry property into the Vail market.?

Two more Aspen Glen townhomes are now under contract.? Only one townhome, 88 Aspen Glen is?still available, listed at $559,000.? Homestead continues to be?THE place,?with locals and second home owners alike enjoying it?year-round.?

Both 75 Aspen Glen and 85 Aspen Glen just went under contract this past week.? Located in lower Homestead,?this complex is close to all that Edwards,CO has to offer as well as the Homestead Court Club.

Another ski season?is coming?to its end, at least for those of us unwilling to hike for our turns here in the Vail Valley.? Beaver Creek mountain is set to close its chairlifts on April 15, 2007.?

Laughing Bones is set to play at Red Tail Camp for the final Sun-sational spring concert.? Hopefully the weather will cooperate, as it is supposed to be partly cloudy, with only a 10% chance of rain/snow.? The concert is set for 1-3:30pm, so arrive early and stay late on the fantastic sun-soaked deck!

While?2006-2007 may not have been the best ski season in recent memory, there were?enough great powder days to get us through until next year!? Have a great closing weekend and be sure to check out Laughing Bones.?
