The pending home sales in the Vail MLS show a healthy gain from last year and is consistent with what the National Association of Realtors? is reporting.? According to NAR,? the Pending Homes Sales Index, a forward looking indicator based on contracts signed in February, rose 8.2 per cent to 97.6 and remains 17.3 percent above February, 2009.
