Bobby Ginn visits Minturn and residents!
The Ginn Development's lobbies for Minturn's Yes Votes!
Developer, Bobby Ginn, is going door to door in Minturn to help dispel rumors and encourage voters to vote "yes" on having his new development annexed to Minturn. He is making promises that the new waste water treatment plant will not smell, the town will have better schools, walkways, a library, and an opportunity for jobs. Of course, he is offering 30 days of skiing to Minturn residents on his private mountain resort!

Oh, and Golf too!

Minturn residents will vote on Tuesday, May 20, to uphold Minturn town councilors’ approval of the decision to include 4,300 acres of Bobby Ginn’s property into the town of Minturn. Actually, there are 11 items to vote on, including water issues, but if approved, the Ginn Development Company will step forward and build 1,700 homes and condominiums, a private ski mountain and golf community between Minturn and Redcliff, Colorado.
Ginn feels his development will be an economic driver for Minturn and when completed, create a better life for Minturn residents. His goal is to identify myths and state the facts to the locals and he is willing to meet one on one with residents. The Ginn Development thinks they will be a good citizen for the town, a good steward of heritage, a good steward of wildlife, and a good steward of the environment.
It will be interesting to see if the Minturn residents believe in Bobby Ginn’s passion to create the benefits for Minturn and its’ residents. You can find more information on the Town of Minturn’s website www.minturn.org where the details of the agreement to annex Ginn’s property reside.
