An Equestrian Club and Ski Lounge in Beaver Creek Village adds to the excitement over Brightwater Club

It just keeps getting better at Brightwater Club.  The developers recently announced the intention of purchasing an adjacent ranch for an Equestrian Facility and a ski lounge located in Beaver Creek Village at the Beaver Creek Lodge.  Not many details are available yet, as both deals need to under go a due diligence process that could take some time, but, it centaintly shows the committment these developers have made to Brightwater Club.

This Vail Valley real estate project is located in Gysum, Colorado; an area that has yet to be proven as a higher-end home or resort market.  However, the new  golf course is only in it’s early stage of completion with 18 hole play not expected to start until Spring of 2007… and, already pending properties are nearing 100 of the 500+ homes that will be available at build out.  This property most certainly has tones reminicent of "The Little Engine that Could".
