Brightwater Club Receives Funding for Completion of Popular Vail Valley Multi-Use Development

Brightwater Club has just announced receipt of funding for the total completion of it’s beautiful resort development at the West end of the popular and scenic Vail Valley.

Nestled at the South end of the quiet and scenic Gypsum Creek Valley, only 35 minutes from Vail, 30 minutes from Beaver Creek and a little over an hour from Aspen, Brightwater Club is a private residential community with an unequalled assortment of amenities.  Upon completion the property will boast a Championship Robert Trent Jones, Jr. 18 hole golf course, 27 acres of trophy trout lakes, over a mile of Gypsum Creek fly fishing (4 species of trout), an Equestrian Facility, Health Spa and Fitness facility, Outfitters Post, Clubhouse, 2 restaurants, ice skating and cross country skiing in the winter, as well as a private Alpine Ski Club and Lounge at the Beaver Creek Lodge in Beaver Creek Village.
