Located a short walk to the Lionshead Gondola and Born Free Express Chair Lift #8, Vantage Point has remodeled condos with great, slope facing views at more competitive prices for Vail's real estate market.

With underground parking, outdoor pool and hot tubs, and super convenient location just steps to the ice rink, shopping, restaurants, bars and the free in town bus, these homes have strong rental history and are a must to add to your list.  

There are currently four 2 bedroom condos available at Vantage Point ranging from $825,000 to $1,020,000, which is a great deal compared to the more well-known real estate options in Vail.

While Eagle County saw over $124 million in real estate sales, Lionshead Vail's numbers were not as impressive. 

One sale in Lionshead at the Ritz Carlton Residences put Lionshead at just 2% of the county's total dollar volume.  Thank goodness for the Ritz!

This Ritz Residence sale was a 2,107 sq ft 2 bedroom + den, 3 bath residence overlooking the pool that went for just under $3 million. 

Even the Ritz Carlton Residences is feeling the pinch in the market.  They're offering discounts and incentives to jump in now while Ever Vail is starting to move through the planning stages with Town of Vail.  And unlike some Ritz Residences, there are no owner usage fees at this one.

A single sale of $7.5 million on Forest Road, Vail real estate's most prestigious residential neighborhood, pushed Lionshead Vail's real estate sales up to 10% of Eagle County's total dollar volume for the month of October.  Forest Road is the only street in Lionshead with single family homes and, outside of condos at the Lion Square Lodge, the only location in all of Lionshead with ski-in ski-out residences.

The Forest Road home that sold for $7.5M is a 5,864 sq ft 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath single family that sold for cash at approximately $1.5M off the list price.  There are deals to be found in Vail after all!

Lionshead's other sale during October was a 2,160 sq ft 3 bedroom, 4 bath, Ritz Carlton Residence that sold for $2,775,000.  Once again, the Ritz Carlton Residences are holding up the Lionshead real estate market.

Without sales at the higher end Lionshead properties like Arrabelle at Vail Square and the Ritz Carlton Residences, Lionshead ended the month of February at a lower percentage of Eagle County's total real estate sales volume by comparison to January.

4 sales in Lionshead, Vail during February accounted for 5% of Eagle County's total real estate sales volume for the month.

Sales were spread out over 4 properties and a wide range of size, price and number of bedrooms:

Lion Square Lodge: $420,000 for a 337 sq ft studio with 1 bathroom

Landmark Vail: $1,196,525 for a 1,145 sq ft 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo

Montaneros: $1,150,000 for a 1,080 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo

Treetops Condos: $1,450,000 for a 1,320 for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo
