A $44 Million renovation of Vail Landmark condominiums, on the mall above the ice rink gives this original Lionshead property a dramatic and upscale transformation.  Improvements to the property include renovating residences, redoing common areas, landscaping and fire sprinkler system, providing new building facades and pool, and adding an elevator tower.

The Arrabelle Club, Vail’s newest Signature Club is located in the heart of Lionshead, in Arrabelle at Vail Square.  The Arrabelle Club is a private, year-round alpine ski and mountain club that provides convenience, amenties and service excellence to enrich club members time in Vail.
There are two categories of memberships being offered:
Full Memberships: features all Club amenties plus valet parking in Arrabelle’s private, heated garage, which is open year round.  The price for the Full Membership Deposit is $150,000 plus annual dues.
Social Memberships: features all the Club’s amenties with the exeception of valet parking. The price for the Social Membership Deposit is $50,000 plus annual dues.
