16 Whole-ownership sales thus far for 2011!! In an otherwise slower moving market, The Ritz Carlton Residences, Vail is hopping and one of the best high end values currently available in Vail and Lionshead. The activity year to date is equal to almost $53 million in sales!

Sales at The Ritz Carlton Residences of Vail have pushed Lionshead's real estate sales for January up to 20% of Eagle County's total sales volume.

Ritz Carlton Residences in Lionshead Vail accounted for 20% of total real estate sales in Eagle county in January 2011

Eagle County's sales totaled $86,162,658 with Lionshead accounting for $16,770,000. 3 of the 4 sales in Lionshead in January 2011 were at the Ritz Carlton Residences. The other one sale was a 1080 sq ft condo at Montaneros with 2 bedroom and 2 baths.

Here are the details on the 3 Ritz Carlton Residences sold in Lionshead in January 2011:

$2,025,000 for a 1,534 sq ft 2 bedroom, 3 bath residence

$4,400,000 for a 2,786 sq ft 4 bedroom 5 bath residence

$9,195,000 for a 4,249 sq ft 6 bedroom, 6 bath residence

Lionshead Vail June 2011 Real Estate Sales Summary

Lionshead real estate sales in June were up significantly compared to April and May. 3 out of 4 sales in June were at the Ritz Carlton Residences. This helped pull Lionshead's real estate sales, which totaled $10,685,000, up to 17% of Eagle County's total sales volume.

The following residences sold in June at Ritz Carlton Residences in Lionshead:

1,523 sq ft 2 bedroom, 3 bath, unfurnished

2,028 sq ft 3 bedroom, 4 bath, unfurnished

2,624 sq ft 3 bedroom, 4 bath, unfurnished

A half a billion dollar renovation at the Landmark Vail in Lionshead brought it up to a more polished level to match the standards of Lionshead's newer projects like Arrabelle and the Ritz Residences.
