The Vail Town Council postpones final decision on the redevelopment of Crossroads.

Scheduled for approval at the Tuesday (March 7)meeting of the Vail Town Council, the controversial redevelopment of Crossroads at Vail is being postponed.  The developer improvement agreement is the reason for the postponement as it is not yet complete.  Preliminary approval of the project was granted in February.   Approval of the project is postponed until at least March 21. 

The Crossroads at Vail redevelopment is slated for somewhere between 65 and 73 condos along with commercial spaces, movie theatres, bowling and a public plaza/skating rink.
