Developer Asks for Arrowhead Inclusion

new townhomes?

The buyers of the Mann property, a 10 acre parcel,  on Arrowhead Mountain have asked the Metro Board for inclusion into the District.  This land located about one half mile from the village would support about 20-25 new townhomes.  There are many hurdles to pass through but when the developer meets Eagle County regulations and complys with the water and sanitation district requirements the remainding issues are comman sense type items.  Based on its location approval from the Metro District and the Arrowhead at Vail Associations would be almost required to make it a viable asset to the Arrowhead community.  Final approvals could come sometime during 2007. Arrowhead has become a prime entrance to the Beaver Creek ski mountain and is home of the Country Club of the Rockies golf course. For more information on this project or other properties in Arrowhead contact steve@gatewayland.com or call 888-278-9601.
