Eagle County, Colorado Real Estate Market

In August the Vail Valley had 99 transactions which was just a mere 10% drop from just one year ago in August 2008, the largest amount since December 2008. The total dollar volume reached $91 million, and brings the total dollar volume of the year up to half a billion.

Year to date, 67% of all residential transactions that have sold are under $1 million. Three percent of all transactions have been over $5 million. Eagle boasts 15 transactions this month and Bachelor Gulch had 3 with the highest average sales price.
