With the county?s 2009 tax rate staying the same, the only increase in property taxes Vail Valley residents will see this coming year will be due to increases in property value.??The county's property tax rate of 8.499 has been the same since 2004, but the steady climb in property values has kept property tax revenue going up each year.? 2008?s property taxes went up by 38%.?
