Golf, Schools, and Quiet in Eagle, Colorado

Once a sleepy western community, Eagle has grown significantly in recent years.  For over the past year, Eagle, along with Gypsum, have accounted for the most real estate transactions of any area in the Vail Valley.  Locals especially have been moving to Eagle, and to Eagle Ranch.

Eagle Ranch is an exciting neighborhood, with its own movie theater, restaurants, golf course, schools, and even a new medical facility is being built.  People that have moved here often speak of how quiet it is.  In a valley dominated by I-70, this peace and quiet is a fantastic commodity.

The mountain views of Castle Peak and the New York Range remind us that skiing may have brought us here, but this great active outdoor community keeps us here.
