Eagle-Vail Real Estates Sales Slow
Over priced properties in Eagle-Vail the reason for slow sales.
Thus far this year, Eagle-Vail is averaging just 4 sales per month, half of what sales should be. Why, homes are overpriced.
Seller’s, with the help of real estate brokers, are listing homes at prices that shall we say, are ahead of the market.
Eagle-Vail duplexes lead the pack. With just two sales this year and and inventory of 12, there is a 24 month inventory of duplexes for sale. Normally this situation would be called a buyers market but the pricing is such that buyers are not interested.
Until Seller’s get real, look for Eagle-Vail listings to languish on the market for months on end.
