"The West End" is Edwards Newest Real Estate Development.

Coming soon, Edwards newest addition, The West End development featuring "mountain living with an urban twist".

Located just west of Edward’s main intersection, The West End will be offering 113 condo’s for sale to the public, 72 work force housing units for the locals. This development will also provide 85,000 sq ft of retail and commercial space giving the residents a "micro urban center".

On February 8, 2008, the developer will accept contracts on the first 44 units being offered to the public.  The developer is offering a 5% discount off the published price for the initial units being offered.

Scheduled completion of the project is 2010.

If "mountain living with an urban twist" is for you, you want to be a part of the initial offering now.  If history has taught us anything, the next release of units are surely to cost more.
