E-town preparing to open this winter

Edwards, Colorado, the new heart of the Vail Valley, is soon to be home to a new restaurant.  E-town Colorado, as it will be known, should be open within the next few months.  Catering to the local and tourist alike, this family friendly eatery will likely become a favorite watering hole for the whole valley.

Located in the newest and eastern-most building in the Edwards Riverwalk, E-town boasts a large bar area, seating for around 80 in the dining room, a private back room for teams or events, and a fantastic patio.  17 flat screen TV’s will provide the viewing pleasure for almost any sporting event, as well as for special events.  And with ample surface parking, and the parking garage below, access to this great hang-out will be a snap.
