Eagle-Vail is a family oriented neighborhood between Vail and Beaver Creek Mountains.
When it comes to families, Eagle-Vail has it all: quiet neighborhood streets, pocket parks, a swim and tennis club, a Par-3, 18 hole golf course, a community pavilion, a pond, Battle Mountain High School and Meadow Mountain Elementary School. This residential neighborhood, just 5 minutes from Beaver Creek and 10 minutes from Vail is part of the Town of Avon. It backs up to the National Forest, providing access to numerous hiking and biking trails. Previously a backcountry ski route, Polly’s Plunge is now a marked trail off of Beaver Creek’s Rose Bowl that drops skiers off on the Eagle-Vail Golf Course. In the winter, the golf course becomes a haven for cross country skiing and snowshoeing.
One of Vail’s older neighborhoods, Eagle-Vail homes come in every type, shape, size and age. Many have been remodeled and plenty have not so if you’re looking for a fixer upper, or want it all done for you, you can find it here. A nearby business area gives residents access to shopping, dining and services and is home to one of our favorite Italian restaurants – Ti Amo.
