Westhaven at Cascade Village, located just west of the Aria Spa and Cascade Club workout facility, is expected to be completed just around the corner this spring of 2007. 13 luxury condominiums with straight on views of Vail Mountain will range in space from 3 to 4 bedrooms and price from $1.8 to $2.9 million.

 

The Vail Cascade Resort and Spa is getting ready to kick off a $30 million transformation this summer, including the Cascade Residences at Vail.  Starting with the demolition of the former home of the Cascade Village Theater and Colorado Mountain College, the new plan includes eight penthouses and eleven 2 to 5 bedroom condos.
