Small, quiet golf course neighborhood walking distance to Vail Village

Set below the dramatic peaks of the Gore Range Mountains, Vail’s first Golf Course Community is a short walk or ride on the free Town of Vail bus to Vail Village. The Vail Golf Club is a championship 18 hole par 71 course, which protects the community from the interstate.  This privacy is enhanced by open space on the mountain side and mature trees throughout. 

In the winter the Golf Club becomes the Vail Nordic Center offering 17 kilometers of ski trails and 10 kilometers of snowshoe trails. 

There are less than 300 homes in the Golf Course neighborhood in a mix of condos, townhomes, duplexes and single family homes.  Not much to choose from if you are set on the area so be prepared to jump if you see something you like.
