New Homes Coming to Edwards

Now called The Pointe at Edwards!!

The Bluffs at South Forty is under construction, with floorplans and collateral material hopefully?coming out soon.? South Forty is the great low-key neighborhood located above Riverwalk, surrounded by Homestead.? (The Bluffs is the new plan after LoftWorks was shot down by the county after hearing many neighbors objections to commercial activity in this quiet neighborhood.)

I'm planning on meeting with the developer and listing agent in the very near future to get a better idea of the whole development.? There will likely be 11 single family homes, starting with around 3800 sf for about $1.5M.? I'll report back with more specifics as I get them.
