New Single Family Homes In Edwards
Edwards Pointe Now Under Construction in South Forty
One of Edwards, CO’s quietest and lowest density neighborhoods is about to be home to 11 new single family homes. Sandy Treat, of Summit Habitats and Treat Development, LLC, is currently in the construction phase.
Located within the South Forty Subdivision, directly south of Riverwalk above Hwy 6, and surrounded by Homestead, this neighborhood now has a paved road and updated utilities to accommodate the additional traffic and to meet county codes. The location was once intended for the doomed Loftworks Project, and had the previous name of The Bluffs.
The model listed in the MLS claims 4215 square feet for $1,995,000. That is setting the bar high, in my opinion, for homes that will likely have small yards and dues of $523/month. The developer has a great reputation, and perhaps these homes will stand out from the others on the market to justify their higher price. I remain very curious to see how this project progresses.
