One of Beaver Creek's snowiest seasons.

This has been the snowiest winter in Beaver Creek’s 27 years, with the resort raking up 426 inches of snow.  With the resort two days from closing, its mid mountain snow base hit 100 inches.  It seems like every day was a powder day!  At the beginning of the year locals fretted about dry and warm weather.  Vail and Beaver Creek both delayed their openings for a few days while they made more snow.
