Real Estate in the down-valley towns of Eagle and Gypsum are selling as quickly as ski-in/ski-out properties

The down valley Vail real estate market is just as hot as ski village property.  Inventories have dwindled in Eagle Ranch and Cotton Ranch and the pre-construction reservations are mounting.

Currently there are only 33 single-family homes listed for sale in Eagle Ranch and Cotton Ranch, not to mention that several of these are pre-construction or under construction.  Prices start at $400,000 and move quickly to 1 MIL plus.
