Twelve Penthouse condominiums to be released in new vail real estate offering in Cascade Village

Next week in Vail Village, contracts are being accepted for a new twelve unit condominium penthouse know as Westhaven at Cascade Village.  The last day to submit contracts is September 27, 2005.

These to-be-built properties will consist of three and four bedroom unit offerings with straight on views to the western face of Vail Mountain.  Prices will start around one thousand dollars per square foot.

In addition, the location includes the Cascade hotel and a chair lift to access Lionshead in close proximity.
