November sales at $361.8 million

November real estate sales in the Vail Valley were $361.8 million, approximately $80 million more than any other month!  This record month has pushed the 2005 year’s sales beyond 2004’s record setting year of $2.58 billion, and that is before December is even tallied.

Eagle and Gypsum had the most transactions with 61 and 60, respectively.  Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead had the most dollar sales, with $61.6 million and $57 million, respectively.  These numbers support the trend of ever increasing demand for high-end second homes, as well as more affordable downvalley residences.
