The Beaver Creek Culinary Classic, sponsored and organized with Bon Appetit Magazine, starts today with a celebrity chef "Cake Relay" competition.  Other events throughout the week include the Celebrity Chef Ski Race, the Master Chef Challenge and the Grand Tasting.  All of the events are meant to show the talent and expertise of the chefs as well as place them in a casual atmosphere so that interested parties can chat with them and ask questions about their trade.
