On Tuesday, March 14^th, the Town Council approved a $500 million Riverfront Village on the Confluence parcel in Avon. This mixed-use development includes a gondola connection to the Beaver Creek Ski area, a 5.5 acre park along the Eagle River, and a Westin Hotel that will serve as the first anchor of the Main Street project in the core area of Town.
