February, 2006 Results are In

According to Land Title, the real estate sales for Eagle County continue to grow, with an 8% increase over January, 2006, and a total dollar volume of $149,697,700.

The numer of transactions closed increased by 2% over January, with the average sales price of $804,826.

Average sales Price - All residential transactions was $975,763

Average sales Price - Single Family home was $1,128,048

Average sales Price - Vacant Land was $321,229

Most Transactions were in Eagle and Gypsum, with 32 each.

Highest total dollar volume was in Bachelor Gulch with $28,562,500
