Star Power's 2006 Annual Conference will be held in New York, NY July 19th thorugh the 22nd.

John Helmering of Gateway Land and Development (that’s me) will be attending the annual 2006 Star Power Conference held in New York City at the Marriot Marquis in Times Square.  The Howard Brinton organized event starts July 19th  and runs through the July 22nd, 2006.

Star Power or Go Star Power and insider’s know it, is one of the most elite groups of real estate agents, brokers and Realtors in the United States.  Founded by Howard Brinton in the 80’s, Star Power has become centered on an elite group of top producing real estate agents from across the country affectionately known as The Stars.  The Stars of Star Power, which now number nearly two hundred have to go through a grueling qualification period and represent some the highest sales volumes around.

The reason I am attracted to this group is that Howard Brinton has embodied a philanthropic approach giving proceeds from his successful Real Estate society, as well as raising money for many charities across the country including Habitat for Humanity and the Jimmie Huega Center located right here in Vail, Colorado.  Their mission statement is “to deepen learning, foster creativity and growth, while living in integrity and joy."  I will be attending the conference to learn more about Star Power, attend new real estate technology sessions and promote a new business blogging solution for the real estate industry called Real Estate Blogsites.  After managing two Vail Real Estate offices, Gateway Land and Development and Prudential Gore Range Properties, I am excited to share what I have learned with Star Power this coming week.
