Construction update for Avon, The Gates and The Westin

Construction is proceeding at a rapid pace at both The Gates Residences and at The Westin Riverfront which are located at the entrance of Beaver Creek.  The first phase of the Westin Riverfront Village’s infrastructure improvement is nearly completed and the towers and terminals for the Riverfront Express Gondola are fully erected.  Additionally, the Town of Avon received final approval from the Public Utilities Commission for the railroad crossing needed to connect the town to the gondola.

The sales continue to be strong at both projects. The Gates Residences is an exclusive luxury community offering luxurious amenities designed for your comfort in mind.  Thirty percent of the property has been sold representing over $25 million in sales.  The Westin Riverfront Village will be a condominium - hotel residential resort with activities and recreation for everyone in the family.  The initial offering generated sales of $50 million.
