Cotton Ranch has finally hit its stride, and as the golf course opens, new home construction is at an all-time high. Sky Legends homes are under not only under construction, but all available homes are now sold out. On the golf course, Black Bear Drive has 6 new duplex units under construction and most will be completed and ready for occupancy by June of this summer.
