Strong market

Some of the largest home builders in the United States yesterday reported large drops in profit for the second quarter saying the trouble in the mortgage industry is limiting the number of available buyers.  This does not appear to be the case in the Eagle River Valley.  There is a lesser amount of available land for new construction in the eastern section, Vail, while new homes are started daily in the west near Eagle.  The   Brightwater Club is beginning to show as homes are beginning to surround the new golf course.  During the next few years an expected 500 plus new homes will be build.  One hundred new homes are beginning in Adams Mt south of Eagle.  These beautiful homes will be on one to three acre lots with fantastic views.  Golf memberships are available to this private facility.  For  updates and market conditions in the Vail Valley contact Steve Morris at Gatewayland & Development.  He can be reached via email at steve@gatewayland.com or calling 970-926-6777.
