27 Luxury Condos Available in West Lionshead

Upon release this past spring, the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail had a great response, with 57 of 71 going under contract.  But here we are in August, and only 44 luxury condos are still under contract. (that’s still pretty darn good: 62% in the first few months)  So, it seems 13 reservation holders decided to pull out, resulting in 27 units still available for purchase.

This project is the cornerstone of the West Lionshead redevelopment, and it remains to be seen in what form that development takes. (the Town of Vail is still deciding how to move forward with this massive proposal)  Construction has begun on the Ritz project, with an expected completion in late ‘09, early 2010.

Prices of the available units range from about $2.8M for a 1660 square foot 2 bedroom, up to about $11M for a 4100 square foot 6 bedroom penthouse.
