Vail Resorts reports Skier Visits and Pass Sales are Up!
New Powder in Vail help Skier Visits and Pass Sales
The Vail 2007-2008 Ski Season started with a few powder storms that made early season skiing a Colorado Mountain high! Vail Mountain had a record number of early-season skiers and China Bowl and Blue Sky Basin opened for all to enjoy. Early season ski pass sales are up 10% in sales dollars. Reservations for hotel and condomiums are up in spite of all the construction going on in Vail.
Vail Resorts has sold 250 memberships to the private Vail Mountain Club at the Vista Bahn lift.
The Ritz-Carlton has all the 45 fractional condominium sales under contract, as well as 46 of the 71 private condominums to be built, under contract. These will be ski-in/ski-out accomodations.
