The New Lodge at Lionshead gets Town of Vail OK to Open
Ski-Home to the New Lodge at Lionshead

SKI HOME TO LODGE AT LIONSHEAD IN VAIL
Nine months ago all the owners of the Lodge at Lionshead started a 6.8 Million Dollar remodel on Phase I and II condominiums and the new look is mountain luxury contemporary. The builders stayed on schedule and the Town of Vail inspectors gave the project the Ok to open just in time for Christmas.
A new stone entry welcomes you to the open front office with granite surfaces and a direct view of Vail Mountain. The halls have all new cove lightining, alder trim and doors, and slate floors. The new balconies have wood timber posts with iron railings, the roof is now metal and the exterior is wood, stucco and stone.
Included in the remodel is a new pool and two new hot tubs, both face Vail mountain and Gore Creek. You can sit an listen to the sounds of the creek while soaking in the hot tub and watch the skiers come down the mountain. For comfort of the owners and guests, the condominium now has heated stone walks and driveways. Phase II offers heated underground parking in their expanded garage.
Currently there are three condominiums available ranging in price from $2,750,000 for a 3 bedroom, $2,000,000 for a 2 bedroom and $545,000 for a cozy studio. Owners have ski storage, bike storage, use of an exercise room, sauna, and easy access to the Lionshead Gondola.
