New Light Industrial Commercial Space in Edwards

    Looking for a light industrial commercial space? Well, there is only one place to look on the east end of the Vail Valley and that is the Edwards Design and Crafts Center in Edwards, Coloardo. If you are looking for at least two thousand square feet in a light industrial commercial space, then again, it’s the Edwards Design and Crafts Center. You won’t find light industrial commercial space in Avon, Beaver Creek, Eagle-Vail or anywhere else!

    The Edwards Design and Crafts Center is nearing completion. There are five buildings comprising over forty thousand square feet with six to eight spaces per building ranging in size from about two thousand square feet to four thousand square feet. Some units have the capabilty for adding a one bedroom loft for employee housing or extra office space.
