Avon's Newest Restaurant

Vin 48 is Avon’s Newest Restaurant and Wine Bar.  The wine list is great with plenty of choices and over 30 wines served by-the-glass. The menu is seasonal, eclectic and wonderful offering small plates both hot and cold and large plates.  The beef tenderloin was so tender you can cut it with a butter knife and the king salmon was grilled to perfection.  The mussels with chorizo were right on with a salty, smokey balance.  The service is excellent by a friendly staff. Reservations recommended, (970) 478-WINE.  It’s great that Avon if finally getting some good restaurants!
